Bubbles aren’t just for birthdays and Fetes! On Sunday May 11th and 18th from 10-12 am I’ll be holding the first ever Bubble Academy sessions at the Great Milton Pavillion in Oxfordshire. Entrance fee is £8 for children aged 4-12. |

Schedule
Depending on the weather we will have a 45 minutes session indoors, a 15 minute break for some snacks, and 1 hour outside. If it is raining, the whole session will take place indoors.
Indoor sessions include a range of tricks. Participants will be shown a wide range of bubble tricks from smoke to helium to fire bubbles. They will also be shown how to create a variety of bubble sculptures, from bubble domes to caterpillars to daisies to square bubbles. The group will then be given a range of wands, bubble making frames (cubes, pyramids, etc) and other materials with which to practice and invent their own tricks (tricks and materials will be selected to best suit the age group).
Outdoor sessions focus on the creation of giant bubbles with bubble sculpting wands. Every child is given a pair of wands, bowl and as much bubble solution as they can use. The children are guided in games based around making, popping, and chase bubbles that can be as big as 8 feet across. Children as young as 4 can easily master the art of sculpting giant bubbles!
What to bring:
You should wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit of soap on – bubbles will pop!
Bring a towel for wiping up.
Bring some snacks and a drink for the break.
Additional Information:
All bubble solutions are specially mixed for each occasion and are non-toxic and biodegradable.
My bronze bubble sculpting wands (£15) and jugs of giant bubble solution (£5) are also available for sale.
Each child under 10 should be supervised by at least one grown-up. Grown-ups welcome to join in the festivities!
Tuition
The entrance fee for one 2 hour session is £8 which includes £3 to cover the costs of the bubble solutions and materials. All participants must pre-book at least one day in advance of a given session and tuition must be paid in advance of the session at the door.
