Because of the Oxford Mail Video Interview, ITV Thames Valley News called the next day and requested an interview. We rounded up neighborhood children and they filmed for a couple hours. The result was a really nice segment on the 6 pm news about giant bubbles! We taped the segment off the tv, but no video available (yet). Bubbling as Artist in Residence at son’s Nursery

As the Artist in Residence at Little Owl’s Nursery, I have led Bubbling sessions for the Nursery and the Great Milton Primary School’s Holiday Club and the After School Club. The kids love chasing the bubbles and I let the over 3′s give it a go too. Click on the image for more information.

Artistic Photos of Bubbling day at Port Meadow

Last year we took a trip to Port Meadow to do some bubbling. Port Meadow is the largest area of common land in Oxford. It is a beautiful location and at the high point we had about 20 people making and chasing bubbles. As usual, we also attracted a number of people taking photos. This is usually done with cameras in phones but we spotted an especially serious looking photo taker with a large camera and asked him afterwards if he might be able to share some photos with us. He gave us some images of Felipe doing his stuff and also posted this picture to his own digital art site.
